It’s that time of year where our allergies (especially mine) start acting up – and they’re no joke, unfortunately. If you find yourself suffering from itchy eyes, and sneezing every spring (and even fall), you may be experiencing seasonal allergies. The weather is all over the place these days and it’s hard to recover without taking some time to myself, dieting right and taking the proper medication. Because of this, I’ve decided to spread awareness on the subject and also announce my partnership with REACTINE® in an effort to educate more people about allergy season, and what we can do to get through it, together!

And obviously there is one other really important aspect to getting through allergy season: giving yourself the time to recover because rest is one of those things that’s usually overlooked.

There is a petition on Change.org that will help support the production of an Allergy Emoji – yes, you read that right – Allergy Emojis.

And yes, you can make this a real thing. By doing so, we can all share our feelings through emojis, which is a fun way to express ourselves while we experience seasonal allergies.
