A Different Way to Do Brunch in Toronto

There’s no denying that Toronto has some of the best weekend brunch destinations. There are a variety of destinations that suit whatever your heart desires, at any time during the year. But there’s a fun way to do brunch during the summer, and it provides more than just a delicious brunch (one that I’ve overlooked for a while, since I had no idea that the city offered it).

If I haven’t gotten your attention yet, let me ask you this: have you had brunch on a boat before?

I had to try it, and I wasn’t disappointed! I already had a great experience with Mariposa Cruises last year when I went on a sunset cruise. It was a fun way to spend the evening with live music and get wonderful sunset views of the Toronto skyline. This year it was even better with the brunch, because yes, there was food involved. There’s the option to go on a Saturday or Sunday, and it’s a fun way to spend the afternoon seeing Toronto, while enjoying a great meal. (it’s an all you can eat setting as well, so come hungry)

There are other options such as dinner, drink or live music cruises, but the brunch was very enjoyable and it’s something that I would recommend to anyone wanting to get out and see more of Toronto, while on a boat! The only thing is that it was cloudy on the day I decided to go, so planning around a sunny day would be ideal for the best possible experience.
